Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DanzNow mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
DanzNow provides a platform for booking and managing fitness classes including:
- Zumba classes (paid)
- Dance classes (paid)
- Nutrition consultations (complimentary with membership)
- CIRCL Mobility sessions (complimentary with membership)
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Classes can be booked through our mobile application subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled class
- Late cancellations may result in partial refund or credit
- No-shows may forfeit the full class fee
- Rescheduling is available based on class availability

Pricing
All prices are displayed in the app and are subject to change.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app.
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy and may take 5-7 business days.
Membership Terms
Membership subscriptions:
- Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Can be cancelled at any time through the app
- Provide access to complimentary Nutrition and CIRCL Mobility sessions
- Are non-transferable
User Conduct
You agree to:
- Attend classes on time and follow instructor guidelines
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect
- Not disrupt classes or other users' experience
- Follow all safety guidelines during sessions
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Health Disclaimer
Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of performing the exercises and assume all risks associated with physical activity. DanzNow is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during classes.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to DanzNow. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanzNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any harmful behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
